This quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson sums up my feelings from yesterday as I set out to walk/jog 5 miles with my friend and colleague Rosa. Up to this point, my walks were 2-3 miles, but knowing that she is now walking 5 miles motivated me to push farther and harder.
